How billing works

STFU paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat to recognize entitlements inside the app. When web billing launches, we will update this page. [WEB BILLING: NOT LIVE].

Apple charges the payment method on your Apple ID. STFU does not see your full card number.

Plans and pricing placeholders

We expect to offer a weekly plan and an annual plan. Exact prices, free-trial length, and regional variants are set in App Store Connect and shown to you before you confirm purchase.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. After purchase, you can manage the subscription in your App Store account settings.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → STFU. Canceling stops the next renewal. You generally keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by a card form on this website. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Apple Support. We do not control Apple’s refund decision.

If we ever sell web subscriptions, refund rules for those charges will be stated here. [WEB REFUND POLICY TO ADD].

Points are not a refund

STFU Points, streaks, and bounties are promotions. They are not a cash balance and are not refundable as money if you cancel.

Billing help

If a restore purchase fails or RevenueCat status looks wrong, email support@stfu.bot with your Apple ID email (do not send passwords).
